We handle cancellation refunds on a case by case basis. If you would like to cancel:
You will receive a full refund for the reservation (except for Spinlister fees).
You will receive a 50% refund.
You will not be refunded UNLESS the Lister vouches for you and explicitly asks that you receive a refund.
You will receive a full refund including Spinlister fees.
This cancellation policy applies to adverse weather, plan changes, and transportation issues. If you think you fall under OTHER extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to work through it with you and the Lister.
Spinlister fees are only refunded if the Lister cancels a booked reservation or if the Renter cancels within 3 hours charging his/her credit card.
