What Happens if My Ride is Damaged?

Any damage occurring during a rental window is the sole responsibility of the Renter. If a Ride is damaged during a rental, the Renter should immediately contact Spinlister so we can assist with the situation and coordinate repairs. Typically, Spinlister will either direct both parties from the reservation to get a repair estimate from a specialty shop, or the Renter can source the parts online. Either way, the Renter is responsible for paying the damage.

The Renter can choose to pay the Lister directly (via PayPal, Check, Venmo, Square Cash, etc.) or Spinlister can charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the damage and then reimburse the Lister. Spinlister offers all Renters the option to purchase a Protection Program for Theft and Damages.
