Your responsibilities are outlined in the Spinlister Rental Agreement. The tl;dr is:
- Renters are responsible for anything that happens to them while riding the bike, so check it over to make sure the Ride is safe before riding it
- Renters are also responsible for repairing/replacing the Ride if it is damaged or stolen
- Spinlister offers a Rental Protection Program to protect the Renter against costs of damage and theft. This is available for purchase during checkout when booking a ride.
- The Spinlister Renter Protection Program does NOT cover bicycles locked outside overnight or that were secured with cable locks, or otherwise improperly locked.
